“Guide to companies that deliver much more than promised … by their competition” was based on a study that was carried out in cooperation with Forbes and the Statista organization. We are proud of such a high, 15th position of our company in Poland, which was awarded thanks to your opinions and evaluation of work in Pekabex. “Companies that you want to work for” are 300 companies divided into industries of the best employers in Poland, arranged in terms of the number points earned, creating good working and development conditions. The ranking was announced at the Responsible Employer Congress.
How did the study come about? “The basis for the study was a list of approximately 1,800 employers employing at least 250 employees in Poland. Complete independence of the survey results was guaranteed, as the research company asked the employees themselves to assess employers and provide data for analysis. They assessed their employers in an anonymous survey, thanks to which the real quality of the offered jobs was examined – and not only the success of employer branding campaigns. Companies were not able to influence the rating obtained in the ranking, because it was not possible, for example, to submit your participation by ordering a paid audit service.” The evaluation criteria were:
