Production of prefabricated elements is carried out at 6 plants. Their strategic location enables efficient logistics of products not only in Poland, but also abroad: mainly in Germany, Denmark and Sweden. The total production capacity of all our factories at about 300 thousand m3 annually provide great opportunities and allow the implementation of the largest projects in the region.

Comprehensive technical advice from our specialists, the development of the concept, as well as the execution of the project in the field of construction of objects at each stage of the investment translate into an optimal final product and added value for the customer.

Optimization, changing solutions. At each stage of design, we analyze possible alternatives and propose the latest technical solutions so as to optimize costs and minimize the environmental impact of the investment, such as by reducing the amount of concrete or steel.

The Logistics Department makes sure that each of the 1,500 components leaving our factories each week is transported to the construction site efficiently and safely.
We precede the offering of construction deliveries with a trip by our specialist to the construction site to verify transport conditions.
Due to the size and weight of our products, we use specialized sets and trailers and obtain dedicated permits related to oversize transport. We have units that allow us to carry cargoes of more than 40 m in length, up to 4.5 m in height or weighing more than 80 t.
We only work with carriers that have a fleet that meets the Euro6 emission standard at least.
#assembly
Specialized installation crews erect structures of buildings in a fast and professional manner, handing over the front for the next scopes of work. With more than 20 of our own installation teams at our disposal, we are able to meet the toughest challenges of completing an investment within the expected timeframe. We also have our own equipment facilities, including. Mobile cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 200 tons. To maintain the highest quality, parallel to the assembly process, our surveyors verify the position of the elements on an ongoing basis.
We take care of the safety of the workers conducting the installation, as well as other people on site, by providing high-quality equipment and regular safety training to minimize any risks.
Full synchronization of production, transportation and assembly allows to carry out assembly directly from the means of transport without storage of elements on the construction site, even in winter.
