New objects of Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk

Olivia Six is the newest and the highest building of Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk – the biggest office complex of AA class in the northern Poland. The newest office building has 3 underground floors and 15 overground floors.

Olivia Six is the fifth office and service building erected in range of Olivia Business Centre. Previously the following building s have been constructed: Olivia Gate (2011), Olivia Point and Olivia Tower (2013), and Olivia Four (2014). The Pekabex Group was engaged in realization of the project since the very beginning and participated in erecting of all those buildings.
– Depending on the object Pekabex was responsible for designing, delivering, and installing the prefabricated structure by realization of the monolithic and bricklaying works, as well as activities connected with roads, technical networks, mullion and transom facade, and landscape architecture, up to realization of all works connected with the building shell – said Przemysław Borek, President of Pekabex Bet, the company from Pekabex Group realizing the project.
– In case of Olivia Six we were responsible for the design works and realization of the whole building shell. We have manufactured, delivered, and installed over four thousands of prefabricated elements, including columns, beams, floor slabs, and stairs. Just like for other Olivia Business Centre objects the biggest challenge was the speed. It took 7-8 days on the average to install the structure one overground floor. Thanks to the prefabrication technology the works could be realized without interruptions also during winter – said Przemysław Borek, and added: – Olivia Business Centre is a perfect example that the reinforced and prestressed concrete prefabricated elements may be successfully used not only for the industrial or infrastructure objects, but also for the modern office buildings where the realization quality and aesthetics are very important.
The total value of works realized by the Group in the complex in Gdańsk amounted to over 70 millions PLN.
Currently the Pekabex Group starts the realization of another object in range of Olivia Business Centre – the whole-year garden in the middle of patio in the office complex. There will be the three-level parking space in the underground part of the object.
