The Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that today it learned about signing by DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”), and previously signed by a subsidiary of the Issuer – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“Borrower”), Annex No. 27 (“Annex”) to the credit limit agreement of 29 September 2008 (“Credit Line”) for the purposes of bank guarantees and a revolving loan. The annex increases the credit limit up to a maximum of PLN 90,000,000 and extends the current loan utilization period to October 30, 2018, as well as the day of final repayment by October 30, 2028.
In connection with the signing of the Annex, the security documents of the Credit Line were changed.
