The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (The “Issuer”) announces that today
the management board of the Issuer’s subsidiary, Pekabex Group dealing with the implementation of development
investments – Pekabex Development sp. Z o.o., has made a decision to enter the Federal Republic of Germany
market of development investments.
The first investment to be implemented on this market (pilot project) will be the construction of a multi-family
residential building in Falkensee. The estimated cost of the investment (land purchase, construction, other costs)
is EUR 4,100,000.
