OPEN COMMUNICATION – this is one of our values, as part of which we invited our employees to participate in the Pekabex satisfaction and commitment survey. 
This is another survey that is carried out among our employees. Building an ever higher level of commitment and satisfaction of our employees is one of the priorities of our company.
On this basis, we can draw conclusions and carry out further activities thanks to which our employees work even better.
Our HR Department conducts this survey among our employees together with the external company Ostendi, thanks to which employees feel comfortable that our survey is anonymous.
