Diversity is one of the Group’s essential features. Construction is a male industry, but in Pekabex it also has a female “face”.
We employ several hundred women in the Group, of which most women are employed in the General Contraction Department, and the least – in the concrete plant.
The Group employs people of various nationalities, including citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Russia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Egypt and Nepal.
The Group creates friendly workplaces for people with disabilities. Currently people with a mild degree of disability work in its structures.
Pekabex respects human rights and condemns all violations. Any employee or associate who becomes aware of such a breach may report it to their supervisor or the Management Board. All reports are considered individually and are the basis for taking preventive and corrective actions. In order to minimize the risks related to the observance of respect for human rights, the Management Board creates an atmosphere of mutual respect, combats all forms of discrimination, promotes diversity and implements projects preventing social exclusion.
