Pekabex Development sp. z o.o. from the Pekabex Group will build two multi-family buildings in the German Falkensee – an exclusive suburb of Berlin.
The decision by the Management Board of the Pekabex Group to implement development investments on the German market is related to the strategy of expanding operations in this area. The construction of the „Falkenseener Gärtner“ estate will include two premium class buildings in a quiet and green part of the city.
The construction of the pilot investment will start later this year, the project already has a building permit. The value of the project exceeds EUR 4.1 million. – said Edward Więcek, Member of the developer’s Management Board
