A subsidiary of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S. A. enters into a major agreement

With reference to current report No. 40/2017 of 14 September 2017, the Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) would like to inform you that today Pekabex Development sp. z o.o., a 100%-controlled subsidiary of the Issuer (hereinafter referred to as “Pekabex Development”) acting as the buyer entered into the final agreement with “Centrostal” Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Centrostal”) regarding the sale of land located at ul. Jasielska 9 in Poznań, plot No. 14/4, with the area of 0.8468 ha, for which the District Court for Poznań-Stare Miasto in Poznań, 5^th Land and Mortgage Register Division, maintains Land and Mortgage Register No. PO1P/00115614/0 (hereinafter referred to as the “Real Property”). The agreement contains standard representations and warranties of the seller and the buyer, typical for this kind of transactions, and standard provisions on liability of the parties. The sales price stated in current report No. 40/2017 was not changed and amounts to PLN 3,500,000 net, i.e. PLN 4,305,000 gross. In accordance with the preliminary agreement, Pekabex Development made the advance payment and the earnest payment. The remainder of the sales price in the amount of PLN 3,444,000 gross will be paid by 27 December 2017. As indicated in current report No. 40/2017, the Issuer would like to inform you that the agreement was regarded as a major one because a development project consisting in construction of 6 residential buildings in prefabricated technology is planned to be implemented in the area of the real property.
