The Tollare Terrass project is a residential complex that continues the Tollare Marina project. The Tollare Terrass complex consists of 5 buildings and is located by the water in Stockholm. The scope of the Tollare Terrass project includes exterior walls: brick and painted, interior walls, balconies, columns, and beams. Pekabex was responsible for the production and delivery of prefabricated elements for the investment.
