Parking floor slabs with spans exceeding 15 meters eliminate the need for supports, making parking easy.
Walls
1-layer walls (only the load-bearing part), 2-layer walls (load-bearing part and insulation) and 3-layer walls (load-bearing part, insulation and elevation layer). Prefabricated products can have any shape, dimensions, window and door openings. The maximum transportable wall can be approx. 4,10 m.
TT Floors and Ramps
TT slabs are characterized by ribs spaced at an axial distance of 1.2 meters and a smooth underside from formwork. TT slabs are designed for constructing ceilings with high loads and significant spans, allowing for the reduction of intermediate columns. The rib heights range from 40 to 90 cm. TT ceilings can be reinforced or prestressed.
HC and HM pre-stressed hollow core floors
The panels allow quick and efficient installation on site, without the need for scaffolding, formwork and temporary supports.
Stairs
We manufacture staircase components, including prefabricated stair treads ready to be installed directly on site, without the need for additional monolithic work. We manufacture stair runners and treads in one-, two- and three-run systems, according to individual project dimensions.

Beams
Prefabricated reinforced concrete beams, both reinforced with bars and prestressed. Typical cross-sections include rectangular, square, and shapes resembling an inverted T or L. Dimensions and design solutions are selected individually, in accordance with the client’s requirements and the project.
Balconies
We manufacture prefabricated balconies to fit any project, including those in unusual shapes, including those fitted with prefabricated balustrades. System thermal connectors ensure the leveling of thermal bridges.
Columns
We manufacture reinforced and prestressed concrete columns.
Sill plates
We produce prefabricated foundation walls and sill plates in any shapes and thicknesses, available as 1- or 3-layer elements with thermal insulation. These prefabricated components are used as starter elements for external walls and are also employed in dock and gate areas.
