The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“the Company”) has signed a contract today with SK Ecoplant Co. Ltd Sp. z o.o. Oddział w Polsce (“General Contractor”), the detailed terms and conditions of which are set out below:
Subject of the contract: Providing Precast Concrete works for Investition Lithium – Ionic Battery separator factory – phase 3&4 located w Dąbrowie Górniczej, Tucznawa Investition.
Contract value: 11% of the revenues of the Pekabex Group according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements (in full percentages)
Completion date: 31 may 2022
Warranty period: 36 month
Statutory warranty period 10 years
Performance bond: 10% of the contract value
Retention bond: 10% of the contract value
Limit of contractual penalties which may be imposed on the Company: 10% of the contract value
The possibility of claiming supplemental compensation: yes
