The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. _ “Issuer” _ hereby announces that today it has concluded with Hochtief Polska S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, the contract for the performance of works in the scope of complex production, delivery and assembly together with the execution of the workshop project of prefabricated elements for the investment “Business Garden Wrocław” in Wrocław (the “Agreement”).
Compensation payable to Pekabex Bet S.A. for the performance of the subject of the Agreement is the net amount of PLN 23,659,172.00 plus VAT due at the applicable rate determined to the extent that Pekabex Bet S.A. is obliged to charge. Commencement of the works (assembly) was established by the parties at Jan. 8, 2018. The parties also indicated the date of completion of the works (assembly) at Sept. 30, 2018 and Oct. 30, 2018 as the day of completion of the object of the Contract.
