We create better spaces for a healthy work environment: we take care of all aspects of controlling the indoor environment in terms of ventilation and air conditioning. In investments, we design a closed energy scheme, heat pumps for heating (basic cooling and heating control system). Sanitary installations are supplied with rainwater (gray water).

For users, we prepare places for bicycles, comfortable cloakrooms and electric chargers. We strengthen local ecosystems by creating places for hives on roofs, bat boxes, insect feeders and shaping greenery.

We create environmental procedures, including to prevent breakdowns.
